When you purchase on line from ATV Lifeguards.com you enjoy confidence – the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to ATV Lifeguards.com and we will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within the guidelines outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases made from ATV Lifeguards.com web site.
Proof of Purchase
Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any of the following Proof of Purchase documents:
Proof of Purchase.
Copy of the invoice.
Change of mind
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, ATV Lifeguards.com will refund you the cost of the goods, but not the cost of the freight inwards or outwards.
You have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase; and
The item is in a saleable condition (and has not been fitted to an ATV) or fitted for display purposes and
No items, including instruction manuals, are missing from the box.
If you have ordered the wrong colour or type, ATV Lifeguards.com will be happy to replace with the correct colour, but not issue a refund. Items returned to ATV Lifeguards.com that are damaged or missing parts, without prior notifying ATV Lifeguards.com will not receive a credit. In this case the cost of freight is paid by the purchaser.
Consumer guarantees
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from ATV Lifeguards.com. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law
Items damaged in transit before delivery must NOT be accepted for delivery, please notify ATV Lifeguards immediately and a replacement Lifeguards will be sent:admin@atvlifeguards.com.
Return details
The quickest and easiest way to return a product is to send to the address below, with a copy of the invoice. Returns need to sent back to the address below, within 14 days of invoice date.
The refund will be made for the cost of the goods purchased; there will be no refund for the cost of the freight either inwards or outwards. Items that are returned that are damaged or missing parts without notifying ATV Lifeguards.com , will not be credited under any circumstances.
